Origin story

I kept meeting women who were healed on paper and unwell underneath.

This is the story of how Healing Her came to be, and why body and soul refuse to stay in separate rooms.

I started with a degree in psychology, because I wanted to understand what shapes a person underneath the surface. I moved into ministry and mindset work, because I wanted to speak to what a psychology background alone couldn't touch. And then I moved into physical health, because I kept watching women do faithful, brave inner work and still walk around in bodies that felt like enemies.

For years I treated those as separate problems. Talk therapy over here. Discipleship over there. Labs, protocols, and gut health on a different shelf entirely. It worked, sort of. It also left a lot of women in the same place I kept ending up in myself: technically healed, quietly unfinished.

What I actually needed was for someone to stop treating my body and my soul like they were two different appointments.

Healing Her is the version of the work I wish had existed then. It's built around one belief: that whole healing has to reach the root, not just the leaf. That means faith, identity, and physical body all together, not because it sounds nice on a homepage, but because that's how humans are actually built.

The podcast is the honest, unpolished version of that work, episodes shaped by real turning points, including the ones I used to be careful about naming (hyper-grace theology, self-hatred dressed up as humility, and the day it all quietly cracked open). The coaching and retreats are where the same work happens face to face.

If you're at the beginning of any of this, the podcast is the front door. If you're further along, coaching is where I'd love to meet you.
