Fully Known
Come home to who you've always been.
Seven weeks, twelve women, and the root of what's been running you. You'll learn how your heart, your mind, and your body work together, and you'll leave with skills you're still using years from now.
Twelve women. Seven weeks. Begins September 15, 2026.
Who this is for
This isn't as good as it gets.
Maybe the heaviness of the last few years is still sitting on your chest. Maybe there are emotions you haven't been able to move in a long time. Maybe you've been calling something humility that was only ever a lie you believed about yourself. Maybe you just miss when your faith felt like fire. Or maybe nothing's falling apart at all, and you just know there's more available than what you've settled into.
You've carried a lot, and you've carried it well. You're the one people count on, and you've built a life that works. But somewhere in the building, you learned to keep moving instead of stopping to deal with what happened, and the parts of you that got set aside are still waiting.
That's not a character flaw. That's what strong women do when nobody offers them a place to put it down.
WHY IT KEEPS COMING BACK
Everything flows from one place.
Your heart isn't one compartment of your life. It's the lens you see all of it through. Your marriage, your parenting, your calling, your body, the way you hear a compliment and the way you hear a no.
So when that lens has a wound on it, nothing escapes the distortion. It shows up as distance where there used to be closeness. As reaction where you wanted patience. As a ceiling in your work you keep hitting and can't explain. As fear about money that no budget touches. As symptoms no lab has accounted for. Broken hearts build patterns, and the patterns get expensive.

Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.
PROVERBS 4:23
You haven't failed at this. You've been treated in pieces. Therapy went after your thoughts. Church went after your spirit. The wellness world went after your body. Each one was doing real work on a third of you, so you would gain ground in one lane and quietly lose it in another, and the same thing would surface again wearing a different outfit.
A wound doesn't live in only one part of a woman. It has to be healed in all of them at once.
Nobody warns you about the residue.
Pain leaves it.
So does grief.
So do the hard things, the loud ones everybody knew about and the quiet ones you never told a soul.
It doesn't hit all at once.
It settles.
A little at a time, year after year, until it's just how you live.
And it does three things, friend.
It chokes.
The things that used to grow in you don't anymore.
Not because the seed was bad.
Because something else grew up around it and took all the room.
It weighs.
You're carrying things you were never meant to keep.
You've carried them so long you'd swear they're just part of you now.
It blurs.
You stop seeing yourself clearly.
You stop seeing Him clearly.
You start reading everything through a lens that got smudged by something that happened to you a long time ago.
That's the part that gets me.
The residue doesn't just sit there.
It edits how you see.
I've spent years helping women clear what's accumulated in their bodies.
This is the same work.
Different system.
It's time to get your heart back.
What makes this different
Five kinds of work. One room. Seven weeks.
Inner healing
naming the wound, bringing Jesus into the moment it was planted, and letting Him tell you the truth about what happened there.
Behavioral psychology
how a belief becomes a pattern, how a pattern becomes a life, and how both get rewired.
Somatic movement
your nervous system has been carrying this longer than your mind has. We recalibrate the body so peace has somewhere to land.
Scripture meditation and declaration
not a verse on a graphic. The Word rehearsed until it's louder than the lie.
Reflection and journaling
prompts that go underneath the answer you always give.
Most programs do one of these. Doing all five in the same seven weeks is why it holds.
The arc
Seven weeks, seven movements home.
The lens you didn't know you had on
You take the assessment before we ever meet. Week one is where you find out what it means, and which of the five roots has been quietly running the show.
Delighted In
You learned somewhere that love was a wage. This is the week you stop working for what was always a gift.
Chosen
Someone left, and you've been bracing ever since. We settle the question of whether He will.
Unashamed
Guilt says you did something wrong. Shame says you're something wrong. This is where we take that apart.
Unguarded
The armor made sense when you built it. This is where you find out you can set it down and still be safe.
Held
The griefs you were told to be strong about finally get a place to land, and you don't have to carry them back out of the room.
Your new name
Coming home, the robe, the ring, and learning to live from the side of victory. And yes, we dance.
What you take with you
Seven weeks, and then the rest of your life.
Some of this you'll feel by week two. The rest of it you'll still be using in ten years, because these aren't seven weeks of talking about your feelings. They're seven weeks of learning how your heart, your mind, and your body actually work together, and what to do when one of them goes sideways.
A way to name what's really happening
When you snap at someone over nothing or go cold in a room, you'll be able to trace it back. Reaction to belief to root, in about thirty seconds, instead of three days of wondering what's wrong with you.
A nervous system that comes back faster
You'll learn what your body does under stress and how to bring it down on purpose. Not because you're fragile, but because a regulated woman can stay in a hard conversation without leaving her body to get through it.
Somewhere to put your grief
If you've been carrying a loss with nowhere to set it down, you'll get one, and you'll learn how to let emotion move through you instead of settling into your shoulders and your gut.
The practice of rehearsing truth
Declarations aren't positive thinking. You'll learn why saying it out loud does something different than reading it, and you'll leave with the practice already built into your week.
Your own map, for later
You'll know your root, the lie it planted, the armor you built, and the identity that answers it. Five years from now when something surfaces, you'll recognize it, and you'll know what to do with it.
What changes
Confidence, clarity, and contentment that hold.
You'll not leave with a better performance. You'll leave knowing who you're when no one is watching, able to hear no without hearing worthless, able to be loved without being useful.
Living from the name your Father gave you instead of the one a wound handed you. This is the abundant life Christ already paid for, and it was never meant to stay theoretical.
The robe was put on you a long time ago. This is where you learn to wear it like it belongs to you.

Questions
What does it cost?
Fully Known is $697. The September cohort is $597 as a founding cohort, in exchange for your honest feedback at the end. Twelve spots.
Will I get any personal attention in a group?
Yes. The cohort is capped at twelve so you're known in the room, and every woman gets a private thirty minute session with me to use whenever she needs it during the seven weeks.
How much time does this take?
Seven Tuesday evening calls, September 15 through October 27, plus workbook practices that take twenty to thirty minutes a few times between calls. This work fits a full life. It doesn't fit a life with no room for it.
Do I have to do the lab testing?
No. It's an optional add on for women who want to look at what the body is carrying alongside the soul work.
What if I can't make a call live?
Every call is recorded and sent to you, so you won't lose the week if life happens. That said, come live when you can. The room is where a lot of the healing actually happens.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. Half holds your seat when you sign up, and the second half is due September 30. For the group that's $299 today and $298 on September 30. For the one on one it's $599 today and $598 on September 30.
